Positive: The property was central and the room was very comfortable with the king sized bed, the decor was also really nice, loved all the special little touches like whiskey, the tunnocks tea cake

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Location in town centre, very quiet at night ( we stayed on a monday). Slept well. No breakfast available but there are cafes that serve breakfast very short walk so not a big problem. Good value for money. No issues whatsoever.

Negative: Nothing to dislike really.

Summary: Warm helpful welcome , perfect for us for a one night stay.

Negative: No shower gel ...didn't say at time as thought on day two would be topped up. Not a biggie, but perhaps should have been some on arrival.

Positive: The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean enough and of good size.

Negative: The room was cold when arriving in the evening. The room lacked access to Internet. There was no breakfast available, and for the price, that should really have been included.

Negative: A bit of forethought prior to the customers coming into the room would be to have the room heaters on as it was absolutely freezing and took 2 days to heat up. Also there have been smokers in the room at some point.
